What You’ll Need:

  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 300g ice-cubes
  • 120g natural sweetener / sugar
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 100g Biscoff Biscuits (to serve)

How To:

  1. Combine sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add ice and coconut cream. Blend for 10 seconds on high speed.
  3. Blend egg white, sugar and cocoa for 1 minute.
  4. Add ice and coconut cream mixture.
  5. Place in freezer for an hour.
  6. Serve with crushed Biscoff Biscuits. (optional)
