Mongolian Steak Air-Fryer Recipe
user
March 30, 2021
Ingredients:
500g thinly cut steak
¼ cup corn starch
2 tablespoons peanut oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
2 spring onions, chopped finely
Instructions:
Toss the steak strips in a bowl with corn starch until completely coated.
Heat your Mistral Air Fryer to 400 Degrees Celsius.
Add the mixture to your Mistral Air Fryer, with a light spray of peanut oil.
Fry for 8-10 minutes, gently tossing the mixture to ensure that it’s not sticking to the bottom.
While the steak is cooking, heat the excess peanut oil in a large pan on the stove. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for around seconds.
Add the soy sauce, water, and brown sugar to the pan, stirring consistently.
Toss the cooked beef into the sauce, stirring for 2-minutes.
Sprinkle spring onions over the beef before serving
