Pie Maker Pizza Pops

7g active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup tomato passata sauce
1 cup grated cheese
90g thinly sliced ham/prosciutto/salami
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and sugar in a bowl. Combine oil and warm water.
Turn dough onto a non-stick or floured surface, kneading well.
Create round dough-balls, no bigger than a tablespoon in size.
Flatten the dough with your palms, until they are roughly 1cm thick.
Preheat your Mistral Pie Maker, lightly greasing the surface.
Spoon your tomato passata onto the tiny pizza surfaces, adding cheese and toppings.
Cook for 10 minutes, until cooked.
