Ingredients:
- 10 slices brioche toast
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 125ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Preheat your Mistral Pie Maker.
- Use a cookie-cutter to shape a disc from each slice of brioche.
- Combine the eggs, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl until combined.
- Dip half the brioche discs in the egg mixture. Repeat on both sides. Let the excess mixture run back into the bowl.
- Place pieces in each hole of the pie maker. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with jam, cream and berries.
