1. Offer

Customers who subscribe to the Mistral newsletter may receive a promotional code entitling them to 10% off their first eligible purchase from the Mistral website, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The 10% discount applies only to eligible Mistral website-exclusive products purchased directly through the official Mistral website.

The offer is not a general 10% discount across all Mistral-branded products and does not apply to products sold through third-party retailers or other retail channels.

2. Eligible Products

The 10% welcome offer applies only to the following Mistral website-exclusive products purchased through the Mistral website:

Products must be specifically identified as eligible for the Website Exclusive 10% Welcome Offer at the time of purchase.

Only the products listed above, or otherwise expressly identified as eligible on the Mistral website, qualify for the discount.

3. Third-Party Retailer Exclusion

The 10% welcome offer does not apply to Mistral products purchased from, supplied through, listed by or sold by third-party retailers, whether purchased in-store or through a third-party retailer's website or online marketplace.

This includes, but is not limited to, Mistral products sold through:

• Bunnings, including Bunnings stores and the Bunnings website;
• The Reject Shop, including stores and its online website;
• Harris Scarfe, including stores and its online website;
• BIG W, including BIG W stores and its online website;
• Woolworths, including Woolworths stores and its online website; and
• any other third-party retailer, reseller, marketplace or sales channel that stocks or sells Mistral products.

The promotional code cannot be presented to or redeemed with any third-party retailer.

4. Retail Products Displayed on the Mistral Website

The presence or display of a Mistral product on the Mistral website does not automatically mean that the product is eligible for the 10% welcome offer. Products that are ordinarily sold through, linked to or fulfilled by third-party retailers are excluded unless the product is specifically identified on the Mistral website as eligible for the offer.

5. Online Purchases Only

The offer is available only for eligible products purchased directly through the Mistral website and where the transaction is completed with Mistral through the Mistral website checkout. Purchases completed through the website, store, marketplace or sales platform of Bunnings, The Reject Shop, Harris Scarfe, BIG W, Woolworths or another third-party retailer are not eligible for the discount.

6. Promotional Code

The promotional code must be entered at checkout at the time of making an eligible purchase.

The discount cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.

The promotional code is limited to one use per eligible customer and cannot be combined with another promotional code or offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Other Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the discount does not apply to:

• products not identified as eligible website-exclusive products;
• products purchased from third-party retailers;
• delivery, freight or installation charges;
• spare parts or service charges;
• gift cards or vouchers;
• other products or categories specifically identified as excluded from the promotion; or
• previous purchases or orders already completed.

8. Changes to Eligible Products

The range of products eligible for the promotion may change from time to time. Current eligible products and any applicable exclusions will be identified on the Mistral website. Changes will not affect an eligible order that has already been completed in accordance with the promotional terms applying at the time of purchase.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
