Hi.
I bought mine a month ago and I am having trouble knowing how to use it. I had an airfryer before and have gone back to using it but I want to know how to use the Mistral as I see such good reviews. Are there any u tube videos or more receipies.

Every manufacturer these days seem to be promoting their "multifunctional" air fryer ovens.
They all seem to be so concerned with producing an oven that can do everything, that all they have ended up with is a portable convection oven that has lost sight of what their add-on air fryer mode is supposed to do.
The Mistral MAO250D is the only one of two that I have found that fully maintains the air fryer capability.
The other brand that does this has a reputation for being poorly made and unreliable.
For instance, try to find any other multi-functional oven that will work in air fryer mode while using the rotisserie !
In addition most of these so-called multi-functional brands are under-powered when it comes to air frying.
In other respects this Mistral unit is well-made, easy to clean, and smart looking.
I have been using it every day at leat once for 3 weeks, and have previously owned another brand one for 2 years.
For anyone that is into air frying as a healthier way to cook, I highly recommend this one.
Bought mine from Aust post 6 days ago. good price. Have cooked vegies chicken wings chips and fish. All perfect. Highly recomend

Great product, but could not fit a large chicken to fit on rotisserie as it did not have room to turn. Also found adjusting temp while cooking an issue, otherwise it might just be the driver!

I picked mine up just before Christmas it was so handy with the veggies I’ve had great success with pork and lamb chops the fat went crunchy and the meat moist . I love it so much I purchased one for my sister and told my friends to get one . Best Buy for the bucks.
Have to admit only bought yesterday. Used twice for the first time on day of purchase. Was impressed. Today l tried Spud Wedges from fresh. Plus pork chop. Ummmmmmm perfect.

Have had this airfryer oven for about 2 weeks, and I have loved everything I have cooked in it. I have tried fish, chicken, steak, potatoes, cauliflower and frozen pies. This appliance is perfect, easy to clean and easy to use.
