Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wing Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp of sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp almond flour
• 1 tbsp peanut oil
• 1 medium cauliflower, roughly chopped
• 1/3 cup of finely sliced chilli
• 1/3 cup of sliced coriander

Instructions:

• Preheat your Mistral Air Fryer to around 100 Degrees Celsius.
• Combine sriracha sauce, almond flour, peanut oil and salt to taste.
• Toss the cauliflower into the mixture.
• Add the cauliflower into your Mistral Air Fryer for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
