This recipe is a simple and fun way to make brownies that taste exquisite using the Mistral Pie Maker. Have fun making and eating these delicious snacks.
Ingredients:
- 185g butter, chopped
- 300g Baking White Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
Method:
- Place butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir whilst cooking over a low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
- Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk eggs into the cooled mixture. Sift flour and cocoa. Whisk until combined (with no lumps)
- Preheat your Mistral Pie-Maker.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture into each hole. Cook for 8 minutes. (test the brownies with a skewer)
- Transfer brownies to a wire rack to cool. Serve with berries!
