What You’ll Need:
- 4 Cups rice (Basmati)
- 1 ½ Cups of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of shredded or toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons of chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How To:
- Measure out 4-5 cups of rice, straining in cold water for 1-2 minutes.
- Put your rice into the rice cooker along with coconut milk and salt.
- Make sure your pot is filled to the waterline.
- Place the lid on the cooker and select a 30-minute setting.
