Pie Maker Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g pork mince
  • 250g chicken mince
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil/vegetable oil
  • 12 round dumpling wrappers

Instructions:

  • Thoroughly mix the minced pork, beef, spring onions, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Using your hands, portion out 12 small balls of the mixture.
  • Place 12 dumpling wrappers down onto a flat surface, with a ball of mixture.
  • Preheat your Mistral Pie-Maker, lighting greasing the surface.
  • Fold the dumpling wrapper and neatly crimp the edges.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes.
