Easy Pie Maker Brownies Recipe

This recipe is a simple and fun way to make brownies that taste exquisite using the Mistral Pie Maker. Have fun making and eating these delicious snacks.

Ingredients:
  • 185g butter, chopped
  • 300g Baking White Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa

Method:

  1. Place butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir whilst cooking over a low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
  1. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk eggs into the cooled mixture. Sift flour and cocoa. Whisk until combined (with no lumps)
  1. Preheat your Mistral Pie-Maker. 
  1. Spoon 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture into each hole. Cook for 8 minutes. (test the brownies with a skewer)
  2. Transfer brownies to a wire rack to cool. Serve with berries!
