What You’ll Need:
4 Cups rice (Basmati)
1 ½ Cups of coconut milk
1/4 cup of shredded or toasted coconut
2 tablespoons of chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of salt
How To:
Measure out 4-5 cups of rice, straining in cold water for 1-2 minutes.
Put your rice into the rice cooker along with coconut milk and salt.
Make sure your pot is filled to the waterline.
Place the lid on the cooker and select a 30-minute setting.
While this is simmering away, heat a frypan with coconut oil and toast coconut and chilli flakes.
