This offer is available to customers who have purchased an eligible product from our website within the previous 6–12 months and who receive an invitation to participate in the customer review campaign.
Eligible customers will be invited to provide a review of their purchased product. Customers must submit a genuine review based on their own experience with the product.
As a thank you for taking the time to provide a review, eligible customers who successfully submit a review will receive a 10% discount on their next order placed through the Mistral website.
The 10% discount applies to the customer’s next eligible purchase on mistral.com.au.
The discount code is single use only and must be entered at checkout.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash equivalent.
The discount cannot be transferred, sold or combined with any other discount code or promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
The discount applies to eligible products only and excludes any products or categories specifically identified as excluded at the time the discount code is issued.
Standard shipping charges are not included in the discount.
The discount must be used within the validity period stated in the email or communication containing the discount code.
Reviews must be honest, genuine and based on the customer’s actual experience with the purchased product. The incentive is provided for submitting a review and is not conditional on the review being positive or favourable.
Only one 10% discount code will be issued per eligible customer as part of this campaign, unless otherwise stated in the campaign communication.
By submitting a review, customers acknowledge that their review may be published on our website and/or other relevant channels for the purpose of helping other customers make informed purchasing decisions. Customers should not include personal, sensitive or confidential information in their review.
This offer is available for a limited time and applies only to customers who receive a campaign invitation. We reserve the right to amend, extend or withdraw the campaign at any time, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participation in the campaign does not affect any existing rights or warranties associated with the customer’s purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a discount code where we reasonably believe the campaign has been misused, duplicated or fraudulently accessed.
