Pastry Chef Maker Apple Turnover

80g icing sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
Peel apples, dicing into small cubes.
Melt butter on the stove, adding apples in slowly.
Add the icing sugar and cinnamon to the mixture.
Place one sheet of the puff pastry out on a flat surface. Cut 6 rectangles, measured to size.
Place the apple mixture onto the puff pastry rectangles.
Turn the Mistral Pie-Maker on, lightly greasing the surface.
When the mixture on the stovetop cools, add a small amount of mixture to each puff pastry
Use the spare puff pastry sheet to make lids for the rolls.
Cook for 10 minutes.
