1) Prepare the ingredients: roughly chop the salmon, cut the avocado
2) Insert the blade into the mixing bowl and add the salmon. Position and lock the lid and close the filler hold and blend for 10 sec, speed 4
3) Unlock and remove the lid, scrape down the bowl, add 250g of cream cheese, the avocado and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Position and lock the lid and close the filler hole and blend for 12 sec, speed 4
4) Unlock and remove the lid, remove the dip and place in a serving bowl. Serve immediately
The dip should be made close to serving time as it will discolour quickly. Not suitable to be made ahead of time
